Taima Titanium advertises as non-stick. I seasoned the pan as directed. My over easy eggs always stick. What am I doing wrong?
Still looks like new! I’m finding it does stick but after soaking it cleans up well. I’m sure I just need to learn how it works to get the hang of this.
I used this pan for the first time tonight. I prepared chicken fried cube steak with gravy - cooked to perfection! For the first time, the coating did not stick to the pan. Not during turning, nor during steaming in gravy, and the coating stayed perfectly intact throughout. I’m impressed and totally sold on this product. I originally bought one as a mother’s day gift for my sister-in-law, but got one for me too. W.O. W!!!
I have used this plan several times, I really love it. I followed instructions for seasoning the pan & I have found it easy to clean after use. The pan is the perfect weight and cooks food evenly. I definitely recommend this product.

So lightwieght, durable , cool to use
I’m loving it so much. I used to boil water in my stainless steel water kettle but I’ve tasted the water something different. Since I’ve got my Taima pot, I’m boiling my water to it for my drinking because I like to drink lukewarm water in my morning routine and honestly there’s no after taste effect at all. I’m so happy with my investment for a better quality cookware. In fact I’ve another Titanium brand cookware and the size isn’t suitable for a smaller content and my Taima pot is the perfect size I was looking for.

I love that ease of use, and less maintenance. I still have trouble believing my knives won't go dull, though I have seen no evidence Sofar. I guess my confidence will grow with time. I love it for my rolling garlic press.
