Refund policy
Order Cancellations
We process and ship orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible once your parcel has already been processed or shipped.

No need to stress if you don’t hear back right away. We handle cancellation or change requests automatically, based on when you contacted us, not when we replied.
In some cases, modifications may still be accommodated depending on the order status. Please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@TaimaTitanium.com to check if changes can be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
- If approved, we will send a replacement with expedited shipping at no extra cost.
- If your item arrived damaged but falls outside our standard return window, please reach out to us at Hello@TaimaTitanium.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Returns & Restocking Fee
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns will incur a $25 restocking fee per order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and protective materials.
- The packaging must be intact (not torn or damaged).
- Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety concerns.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Taima does not currently provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping carrier and covering the shipping fees for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@TaimaTitanium.com for return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Warranty Coverage
Taima Titanium products are built for durability and long-lasting performance. Our warranty covers manufacturer’s defects but does not apply to damage caused by:
- Improper use or care (including excessive heat, abuse, neglect, or improper storage).
- Misuse of sharp utensils.
- Improper cleaning or failure to follow care instructions.
- Lack of seasoning (for applicable products).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor surface wear, discoloration over time).
This warranty applies only to the original customer (or original gift recipient) with proof of purchase and is non-transferable. It covers products purchased directly from our official website (taimatitanium.com) and does not extend to commercial or restaurant use.
If a product is found to be defective under warranty, we will provide a replacement. For warranty claims, please contact us at Hello@TaimaTitanium.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Cookware Warranty
Taima Titanium cookware includes warranty coverage against manufacturer defects. However, it does not cover:
- Damage from improper use (e.g., excessive heat, neglect, or misuse).
- Damage from improper storage or use of metal utensils.
- Improper cleaning or lack of seasoning.
- Cosmetic changes over time (e.g., minor discoloration, surface wear).

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the original item must meet all return eligibility requirements (i.e., it must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact). A restocking fee of $10 – $30 per item (depending on the item's price) will also apply.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
